Policies

Front Desk Hours:

The front desk is open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. No check-ins between 12 midnight and 6:00 am, but security personnel is available during this time to cater the needs of the guests.

Check In:

Check-in time is 2:00 pm. We will be happy to hold your luggage (your room will not be available until approx. 2pm).

Check Out:

Check out is at 12noon promptly. We will be glad to hold your luggage. Guests should surrender the room key and the TV remote control to the front desk upon check out.

Parking:

The Sandros Bed and Breakfast provides four parking space for guests only. The Management is not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicle or content.

Smoking:

The Sandros Bed and Breakfast is a non smoking facility.

Keys:

Room keys should be surrendered to the front desk when guests are out of the room and upon check-out. If keys are lost, there is a Php 1,500.00 charge.

Family and Visitors:

Families is welcome with well behaved children.

Children above 11 years old is considered a full paying adult.

Visitors are not allowed in the guests rooms.

Pets:

While we do love pets, we are not able to accommodate them at Sandros Bed and Breakfast.

Computer:

There is no computer available for guest to use. We do have free Wireless access for your laptop use.
