The Sandros Bed and Breakfast takes its name from the visionary and builder, Engr. Pedro Mones, Jr. with his wife Susan Mones.

It all started from their journey at Olde Town in Alexandria, Virginia where they experienced one of America’s most historic communities, it's authentic eighteenth-century buildings, and the charm of the old and historic district. With the rich experience of historic residential architecture plus the 21st century amenities, they transported the vision into reality to the center of the historic City of Butuan, Philippines.

A previous 4-door 2-storey residential apartment building, owned by Engr. Pedro Mones, Jr., was re-designed into what is now known as the Sandros Bed and Breakfast. This is located between Gaisano Mall, the Land Transportation Office and Butuan express hardware.
